My favourite subject this term

This year I joined at Universidad de Chile so, I started having new subjects with new topics.  There are some that I don’t really like too much but there are others that I’m surprise of it. One of these subjects and the most that I like is Geometry by Ester Turu.
I like geometry because is a subject where I can do things and I can form incredible figures with just some dots. In this course I have learned what the computer exactly does in some programs like “AutoCAD” or “SketchUp” with the difference that my forms are handmade.
In classes Ester writes an exercise on the whiteboard and then she resolve it. We can resolve it with her  at the same time (which is a fantastic method to learn geometry).
This term I have learn 1st, 2nd, and 3rd category of homology, that means construct plan views,  make curves or conics and reflect  a figure in a plan with one dot in any position.
Another fact that makes the subject nice for me is the way that Ester teaches.  I think that her clarity to teach helps me to learn.  As I said before, this is my first year of University so, I hope that next terms and next subjects surprise me like geometry did.

My favourite piece of technology: I never tought that I could depend of a piece of techonology but since I have memory I use a lot of pieces of technologies all my life. I can say that I am dependent of my cellphone. I use it every single day for everything: from to see the hour to making assignments. My first phone was a gift of my sister. I used it just to play the snake game because it had anything more and I think that these was the exactly moment which my dependency starts. Actually, I use my actual cellphone to comunicate with other people, to have fun, to do assignments and more. Ocasionally, it turn out to be a point of distraction and it takes a lot of my time. Anyways, I like to use it because   it is very useful, you can put your life on them practically:   like your photos, notes, videos. Biography by Catalina Jiménez: Catalina Francisca Jiménez Mondaca was born in Santiago, Chile,   the 1st of october in 1999. She studied in many schools in all life but she finished the high-school at colegio Santa Catalina Labouré.  During her schoolarship she practiced a lot of activities focused on the artistic way like dancing, theatre, singing and painting. She is the youngest duaghter of a family composed of her parents, her brother and her sister. In her childhood she grew up playing with a lot of cousins so she was a very happy girl. At the age of 18, she got into architecture at Universidad de Chile. Actually, she hasen’t hobbies because the university consume all her time but in her little bit free time, she likes watching movies or series.
